Order cannot be cancelled once it is prepared by the restaurant, however you can call us to check the status of your order.
After placing an order, if food item is unavailable then restaurant will decide to deliver your complete or partial order stating reason for the same. In this situation Zaykedaar will contact you and we will give an option of replacing an order from the same restaurant or from other restaurant. We can cancel an order and refund the amount into your e-wallet; or we will simply reverse the transaction amount to medium (net banking , credit card, debit card, etc. )
In case transaction fails and money has been deducted from your account, then we will refund your amount within 7 working days.
