Service Guarantee ( Delivery )

Service Guarantee is valid only for the orders within the 4km radius from restaurant.

Service Guarantee is not valid for the orders coming above 4km radius from restaurant.

Service guarantee should not be applied on discounted orders.

Delivery Time is defined as the time between which the restaurant confirms the order and the delivery rider reaches the first barrier point (Gate/Entrance/Security Guard/Reception etc of an apartment or office)

In case the Delivery Time is more than 45 minutes within 4km radius from restaurant, the customer is eligible for a ZK voucher equivalent to the amount of the ordered meal or Rs.200/- (maximum), whichever is lesser.

In case the Delivery time is more than 45 min above 4 km radius from restaurant, the customer is not eligible for ZK Voucher .

The ZK voucher will remain valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance.

The ZK voucher of Rs.200/- can be used by the customer only for ordering a meal through zaykedaar website .

Service Guarantee is valid only for:

Online paid orders

Restaurants enabled with Service Delivery(functionality listed with zaykedaar.com)

Service Guarantee is not valid for

Bulk orders defined as orders of value Rs 500 & above 4km radius from restaurant

Corporate Orders

In order to claim the ZK voucher (in case of delivery time exceeding the time period) the customer has to reach out to Zaykedaar.com through the Customer Helpline, Email or Chat within the same day of the order

The issuing of the ZK voucher is at the sole discretion of Zaykedaar.com unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Zaykedaar.com will not be held responsible with respect to the food supplied on behalf of the Restaurant.

In case the customer claim for guarantee is deemed valid, the ZK voucher will be sent to the email id used to place the order or contact the customer within one working day.

Zaykedaar.com reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation.The 45 minutes delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on festive days. The service guarantee may also be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery (e.g. traffic,weather) or any unforeseen circumstances.

Zaykedaar.com reserves the right to decline your order, remove you as a user in case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Offers are subject to Zaykedaar discretion and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice.

We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

* In order for us to resolve and verify your complaint with the restaurant, we would require you to send us images/picture for these discrepancies. You may simply click from your mobile and send us the same to support@zaykedaar.com with the order Id as Subject line.
